The communication from this team has been extremely disappointing—virtually nonexistent. I’ve been in the process of purchasing a property since February and have only received one update, and that was after I chased them for it.

They use the Move Me In app, but my assigned team (MPH - Molly) doesn’t bother updating it, making it completely useless. Buying a property is already a stressful process, and they should be more mindful of that.

I really hope everything gets finalized successfully, but I would definitely not use their services again.

Incredibly difficult to communicate with, and when you eventually manage to get hold of a conveyancer to speak to, they seem not to care about your case. Utterly no sense of urgency.
PCS Gave incorrect advice on a matter of conveyancing law (Because they're conveyancing solicitors, right?!) which delayed completion dangerously. When matters were eventually completed, PCS withheld payment of my balance of some tens of thousands of pounds, as well as the separate issue of payment to my estate agent, with no explanation or reason. I can only imagine that they wanted to enjoy the interest on my capital for a few weeks? Not sure if that's legal, or at least ethical for a law company? Or maybe they simply lack competence to handle client funds?
Complained to PCS client care team, but they seem not to care either, and are operating in a state of denial.
Overall, very stressful, frustrating and disappointing to deal with.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with PCS Legal. The completion statement was sent less than 24 hours before completion, riddled with multiple mistakes, causing immense stress and confusion. Despite highlighting clear discrepancies in their calculations, they pressured me into paying an inflated amount under threat of penalties. Additionally, they violated GDPR by mistakenly sending me another client's sensitive information and dismissed the severity of this breach as "human error."

The lack of competence, transparency, and accountability is appalling. Their repeated failures, delayed communication, and disregard for legal obligations have left me with zero confidence in their professionalism. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Please do not use this company. You will end up frustrated, let down and wishing you had read the reviews first. We were allocated the handler, Paige Bekir. Over the months we dealt with PCS, her lack of responses and complete ignoring of requests for information have worsened the situation which is already stressful enough. The only way we could get her to respond was to copy in the complaint email address and several other email addresses within the business. We were promised time and time again that things would improve and yet they did not, it does beg the question, why have a complaints department? The icing on the cake was when we came to completion there was an issue with the firm's bank account. Paige went home at 3 pm on Friday without letting us know or any other member of her team that we were still owed the outstanding funds (£500,000) It took me calling 3 different branches of PCS from 4 pm to 4:55 pm to get the funds released. I work for a software company as a customer director and cannot understand how this level of service can be allowed on this day of such high competition.
