Over two years and we're still waiting.......
I was employed in the legal profession for 25+ years.
My small residents society in Wye, Kent employed this company to oversee the transfer of a small piece of land from the builders to our said company. This was in 2022 .....well over two years later we are still waiting for this task to be completed.
Dividing the bill by the cost per hour shows that ten hours work have been performed.
Emails have gone unanswered, constant delays, paperwork brough to the company by me (as requested) were then lost by the solicitor in question who failed to tell me that it had been lost until I chased him up a month later and finally the builder's own company of solicitors were blamed for the hold up.
I then sent a strongly worded email to my residents group and the solicitor and hey presto, the said paperwork turned up the following day.
I will leave you to decide if you employ this company.
