Mark Morton explained all the legalities and potential issues that went with a difficult and unwanted house sale very clearly and showed empathy throughout. He wasn't pushy and only made contact when absolutely necessary. Everything was dealt by him conacting other Agencies and keeping on top of matters which made for a stress free and smooth house sale.
