An excellent professional service, which was a pleasure to use

I've had the pleasure of having Mark as my lawyer on multiple occasions and would highly recommend him due to his expertise, professionalism and fantastic personality. He was always on hand to help, with great advice and understanding of the situation. On top of this, he kept me regularly updated and provided a high level of detail throughout the process. Professional & Caring service

We were in need of new wills , the lack of mobility for my husband had been the barrier to us getting on and making them . Mary Casey offered to come to our house for the signing once all the details were agreed along with her associate Alice who dealt swiftly with all my questions leading up to the this . We were both very pleased we used Parfitt Cresswell in Tunbridge Wells and feel our minds are at rest about how it will be dealt with when the time comes . They even store the original wills for you at no extra cost .

Fantastic experience

Only regret we have, is not using Jackie from the start for our transfer of deeds. Jackie was fantastic and kept us updated weekly and daily leading up to the completion date. All the team were superb and were always on the other end of the phone for advice. Thanks again.

While having to sell my parents property Mark Stoker was very patient in explaining the whole process and promptly kept me updated. Even the Estate agent who had my parents property on the market said how quickly Mark got back to him and kept him informed.

I have been dealing with the property of someone who died intestate in April 2023. I engaged Parfitt Cresswell to deal with all aspects of the deceased person's estate, including the sale of the property. Parfitt Cresswell have been most efficient and supportive in every aspect of this sale which had some complicated aspects which needed skilled and professional management. They have been courteous and helpful throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring conveyancing.
