If I could give this company zero stars I would. Most horrendous company ever! I was selling my property and found out only through the real estate agent around the 5 month mark (!!) that the buyer’s mortgage deal would run out at 6 months and he would start renegotiating. I promptly inquired and was told ‘we’ll try to get it done’ and ‘we only need a few more things’. 6 months came around and silence. No communication. If you haven’t already figured it out, they didn’t get it done and the deal fell through.
They also gave out management company details to the buyer without my knowledge. (No explanation for that) Deliberately avoided calling me claiming she had ‘meetings’. Took no accountability and when I complained, the company didn’t see the issue. They claimed she had consistent contact with me.
I can’t warn people enough about them!! Find another firm. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress. I wouldn’t let these people write a will for my dog.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
