Although not a direct customer whilst giving cash to children as a gift to help buy a house, it can be time consumming, due to having to provide all its sources and copies of bank statements. LYONS BOWE SOLICITORS chased for each element so that they met the Money Laundering Regulations. The time taken was not warned about but the staff where professional and courteous.

Communication with the different solicitors was on the whole good, the compleation felt a little rushed, but I doubt these things happen without their challenges. Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
