We had a remote interview with Rhiannon who made writing our wills very simple. My only comment with this firm is, not knowing which office to phone with a query, as there are several offices. However someone would usually get back to us quickly so it was not really a problem.

It is 55 years since I bought or sold a property. The way solicitors work now is much different! We are just at the start of the process and I am being kept up to date wit everything! Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
