All the staff an Lyons Bowe were excellent at communication and we dealt with the following members who always promptly returned documents and answered question very quickly.

The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
