Excellent service

Taylor Rose (Heeral and Alisha Malhan) was highly professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully explain all the legal aspects of my case in plain language, ensuring I fully understood every step of the process. One thing I particularly appreciated was their attention to detail and responsiveness. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, they were quick to respond, often going the extra mile to provide additional context and reassurance. The entire process was handled efficiently and transparently, with regular updates to keep me informed about progress. Their negotiation skills and thoroughness were evident, and it was clear they were always looking out for my best interests. I am grateful for their support and expertise. I would highly recommend Taylor Rose to anyone seeking reliable, professional legal services. Their commitment to excellence truly sets them apart.

Slow processing & poor communication - Premium price though.

Used them to sell my property in 2021, Wimbledon office were recommended by my estate agent.
They were the most expensive, but I was dealing with a local office of a medium sized firm and assumed / hoped if I paid more I would get more. Had 1 conversation with the solicitor, then he ignored my calls, would reply to emails 3 days later.

I have since bought a property and through a portal service, half the price and responsive to calls and emails.

Sept 2024 just sold a house, my solicitor was very quick and efficient, the buyers used Taylor Rose (different solicitor within TR) and they were very, very slow and nit picky - to justify their charges. 25 days after she received the legal pack she was asking for a copy of the sales contract she had had for 25 days.

Fantastic Helpful Service

I worked with Sini Kumaran who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I’m a first time buyer and had a lot of questions and she was very patient and knowledgable in helping me understand the process. She was very thorough and even helped out with the estate agents and mortgage brokers when issues arose there - overall I would highly recommend!

Best conveyancing team I have dealt with.

We have recently just completed on a house in Littlehampton, Paul Green and his team Jasmine Dury and Paula Bentley were all absolutely brilliant. We needed an accelerated completion and Paul and team did everything they could to ensure that our requests were met. Their online platform sped up the process and they kept us informed through the process.

Terrible service - would not recommend.

We had chosen Taylor rose law firm to act on our behalf in the buying of our first home, unfortunately we had nothing but bad experience with them.
The process for a no chain 2 year old property had taken over 12 months for us to get to point off completion due to disorganisation.
I myself had to go away and do extensive research into finding and providing answers to the solicitor in order to be able to move forward with the process. So when we finically reach point off completion I was relieved. However since I have been contacted on three separate occasions asking for funds that had been “forgotten” off our final bill - equating in over an extra £600.
The service had been awful and would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience working with Laura Buckley

We had a fantastic experience working with Laura Buckley on our property conveyancing. She was consistently proactive, detailed, and incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to emails and keep us fully informed throughout the process.

There were moments when we urgently needed documents expedited, and Laura was exceptionally swift in getting everything done without delay. Her efficiency and calm professionalism really helped reduce the stress of the process.
We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her services to anyone needing a reliable and capable solicitor.

Fantastic Experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding Litigation Solicitor – Alex Rooney, Taylor Rose

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alex Rooney of Taylor Rose Solicitors on a complex litigation dispute that lasted over 15 months. From start to finish, Alex demonstrated outstanding legal expertise, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcome.

His ability to think outside the box, his sharp attention to detail, and his genuine passion for the case played a pivotal role in securing a win. Despite the challenges, Alex remained calm, responsive, and completely dedicated throughout the entire process.

If you’re looking for a solicitor who not only knows the law but is also determined to fight your corner with intelligence and persistence, I cannot recommend Alex Rooney highly enough. Truly exceptional service.

Extremely disappointing service – avoid at all costs

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Taylor Rose.

We appointed them to handle a straightforward conveyancing transaction involving a flat with a share of freehold. The service we received was not only careless, but in my view, unprofessionall.

First, they mishandled the service charge apportionment, resulting in a financial shortfall that we had to chase them for weeks to address.

Far more seriously, Taylor Rose completed the purchase and transferred our funds without securing the share in the freehold company — a key part of the transaction. For months, they repeatedly told us in writing that we already held a share, only for us to discover much later that no such transfer had ever taken place. As a result, we are now being asked to pay thousands of pounds more to correct an error that was entirely theirs.

To make matters worse, we had months of delays, contradictory communication, and broken promises.

This experience has caused us significant stress, financial loss, and wasted time. I would strongly urge anyone considering Taylor Rose for conveyancing to think twice. In our case, they failed in their most basic duties.

Taylor Rose was one of the solicitors recommended to me. I choose them because their initial response was prompt and clear giving me all the information I needed at the time. The choice proved a good one, queries and worries were quickly addressed and solutions found. I would like to thank all the people in Maria Christoforou team who dealt with my conveyancing and kept me updated when progress stalled.

Humzah was absolutely superb throughout the entire purchasing process. Incredibly efficient in responding to my (many) questions & queries as I was understandably keen to beat the stamp duty rise deadline day.
I would not hesitate in recommending Humzah & Taylor Rose if you are looking for a hassle-free purchase process whilst ensuring you are kept at ease throughout. 5 stars, highly recommend. Thank you again for all your hard work.

First class service from Humzah Sherwani, who acted for us in the purchase of our first home. We were under significant pressure to complete within eight weeks to avoid a substantial stamp duty increase.

Thanks to Humzah's proactive approach, quick responses, and attention to detail, we were able to exchange within just five weeks and complete well ahead of the 31 March stamp duty increase.

Highly recommended!

As FTBs, we were racing to complete by 31 March 2025 due to the SDLT changes, Humzah did an incredible job.

From instructing TR, to completion, it took just under 9 weeks. Everything was fast over email, there was no need to arrange calls or visit the office.

Humzah and his team did an amazing job and the communication was really good. I really can't fault the team and I'm glad we chose them for the purchase of our home.

Thank you Humzah and team for an exceptional service!
