Terrible service - would not recommend.

We had chosen Taylor rose law firm to act on our behalf in the buying of our first home, unfortunately we had nothing but bad experience with them.
The process for a no chain 2 year old property had taken over 12 months for us to get to point off completion due to disorganisation.
I myself had to go away and do extensive research into finding and providing answers to the solicitor in order to be able to move forward with the process. So when we finically reach point off completion I was relieved. However since I have been contacted on three separate occasions asking for funds that had been “forgotten” off our final bill - equating in over an extra £600.
The service had been awful and would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience working with Laura Buckley

We had a fantastic experience working with Laura Buckley on our property conveyancing. She was consistently proactive, detailed, and incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to emails and keep us fully informed throughout the process.

There were moments when we urgently needed documents expedited, and Laura was exceptionally swift in getting everything done without delay. Her efficiency and calm professionalism really helped reduce the stress of the process.
We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her services to anyone needing a reliable and capable solicitor.

Brilliant service!

As first time buyers we did not have a clue what was needed or what we were doing. From the very start Jade was calming, down to earth and supportive. She provided her extensive knowledge and experience to guide us to completion in just 9 weeks! Jade was just brilliant throughout, no question went unanswered and was always happy to help. We will definitely be referring Jade to any family and friends and of course would be thrilled will use her services again when upgrading!

Made the whole process effortless!

Jade has been an amazing help during the process of buying our home. Her commitment to helping you every step of the way is second to none. As a first time buyer I had no knowledge of how the whole process worked, I can honestly say it’s not been stressful at all, I’ve heard so Many horror stories over the years from people being stressed with the whole process that I kept thinking something isn’t quite right. Jade always put my fears at ease and her communications with myself have been amazing. I would highly recommend Jade again to everyone, wall as her amazing professionalism her costs are so much better than anyone else round. If you’re on the fence about a solicitor I can tell you honestly to not look any further you’ve found her right here xx

Poor client service

Taylor Rose were my solicitors on a house purchase and they are impossible to get in touch with. I would need to send 2/3 emails and make 3/4 calls before I would receive a call back. It takes them up to 10 days to review a single PDF page and they provide zero clarity on the process and timelines to first time buyers. Overall, a poor experience in terms of client service

Special thanks to Luke Hutchings

After finding myself unable to make progress with respect to a complaint I made to my employer, I was given Luke's details from a friend assuring me that he was the best out there and would be able to help.

I must say that Luke never failed to deliver, from the word go he offered a full package of support including empathy, understanding as well as an in-depth experienced lens of the applicable laws and regulations.

During our first meeting we went through the background of my complaint and he explained thoroughly the next steps putting me at great ease - its a very uncomfortable place when one makes a complaint against their employers so this first meeting was a key step. I recall Luke saying at the end of the meeting ' don't worry, you can now relax because I'll take it from here', from which point he took over the engagements with my employer right the way through to conclusion allowing me the opportunity to step away.

Luke checked in occasionally with me to discuss my employers responses to communications that he drafted, so that we were in agreement and aligned throughout the process.

Luke is very professional and brings a calm, friendly and supportive environment. He puts one at ease, being able to effectively cut through noise and emotion pulling together the most effective position to support engagements.

Thanks Luke, for your ongoing support and taking the lead. This helped me in so many ways both personally and professionally.

Haven't a bad word to say , I've always had really bad experiences with conveyancers in the past but this was a total pleasure the person assigned to my case couldn't say a bad word would highly recommend these solicitors for your house purchase.

My last solicitor was shouting at me down the phone and shouting at estate agents hanging up on them , then forgot was completing even though they arranged ,I lost a house purchase because of them. (Clutton cox) - avoid!!

Decided to go with Taylor rose on my next purchase and so glad I did , Darcy did an amazing job made everything really easy with the paperwork etc.

Will use this company in the future if I ever need to again.
