Taylor Rose were my solicitors on a house purchase and they are impossible to get in touch with. I would need to send 2/3 emails and make 3/4 calls before I would receive a call back. It takes them up to 10 days to review a single PDF page and they provide zero clarity on the process and timelines to first time buyers. Overall, a poor experience in terms of client service

After finding myself unable to make progress with respect to a complaint I made to my employer, I was given Luke's details from a friend assuring me that he was the best out there and would be able to help.
I must say that Luke never failed to deliver, from the word go he offered a full package of support including empathy, understanding as well as an in-depth experienced lens of the applicable laws and regulations.
During our first meeting we went through the background of my complaint and he explained thoroughly the next steps putting me at great ease - its a very uncomfortable place when one makes a complaint against their employers so this first meeting was a key step. I recall Luke saying at the end of the meeting ' don't worry, you can now relax because I'll take it from here', from which point he took over the engagements with my employer right the way through to conclusion allowing me the opportunity to step away.
Luke checked in occasionally with me to discuss my employers responses to communications that he drafted, so that we were in agreement and aligned throughout the process.
Luke is very professional and brings a calm, friendly and supportive environment. He puts one at ease, being able to effectively cut through noise and emotion pulling together the most effective position to support engagements.
Thanks Luke, for your ongoing support and taking the lead. This helped me in so many ways both personally and professionally.

We have used Taylor Rose (Peterborough) for our conveyancing work on our re-mortgage. Alys Terebenec has been dealing with our request and this has been the very best service I have ever encountered from a solicitor. The fees were extremely reasonable with no hidden costs. The service has been very proactive, professional with clear instructions on what we need to do. It was also conducted very quickly for us. Mr. Gurusevak Singh, our solicitor came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Instead all our expectations were exceeded! To start off, we did not get any false expectations but got realistic timelines.
As a first time buyer, we entered the process expecting 8 or more weeks and it all seemed very daunting. But we got excellent service, all questions answered and a great solicitor who completed in half the time. Mr. Singh scrutinised every single detail and his tenacity meant that work was done in record time. He was willing to answer and move documents after hours and on weekends which really helped as we were travelling internationally during the whole process.
Extremely grateful to you Mr. Singh and Taylor Rose. Your dashboard and processes were very simple and straightforward.
I will continue to recommend TR and look forward to working with you again on future properties.

Absolutely cannot express how amazing Lisa has been, she ensured I remained in my childhood home after my late father passed away. Genuine passion for what she does and was so understanding of my situation. Absolutely stellar work, I couldn’t fault her in any way. She gave me my life back with her tireless work every hour of the day! Cannot recommend her enough, she did so much for my brothers and I and I can never thank her enough for being truly the most outstanding person I have ever dealt with. I used Taylor Rose for my first property in 2021 and chose them again for my second property conveyance. Their salesperson wasted 2 weeks initially by not sending the quotation to me to instruct them. However, after complaining to TR they assigned 'Courtney Fife', who personally ensured she made up the time. Due to the Help to Buy Redemption, it was slightly lengthy, but Courtney managed to exchange the contract within 8-10 weeks.
