Value for money Wills service

This firm wrote the Wills for me and my wife. They were very good value for money and pretty efficient, although you do need to double-check the Will to ensure it represents what you thought you had requested. The Will commentary they provided, that 'translated' the legalise of the Will into plain English, was particularly appreciated, as was the fixed fee charge.

Excellent Customer Care & Free Consultation

Tim Edgeley, and the member from the Customer Care Team that I spoke to, were kind, thorough and listened carefully to my needs and fears. Tim was incredibly easy to talk to and shared great words of wisdom, which I now hold close to me as a source of strength.

Friendly and honest advice!

I'm at the beginning of a separation so called Poole Alcock for a consultation and costs not knowing if I even required legal services for my situation. I had no idea what to expect but I was passed through to Tim Edgeley in the divorce and family law team and was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and honest advice I received. I was expecting to be given some vague guidance and then sold expensive legal services, but Tim took time out of his day to caringly chat through my position and advise me what to do. He was so friendly and reassuring and it has given me the confidence to move forward. Thank you, Tim - If I do require legal help in the future then Poole Alcock will be my chosen solicitors!

Although I had not heard of them before, I decided to use Poole Alcock Solicitors based on on-line reviews, my research of them and price. I'm pleased to say that it was a good decision. They handled my house sale efficiently and professionally reaching completion as quickly as they could have. The pre-sale information from the company was very helpful and James Williams and his team kept me up to speed throughout the process. My experience was drama free and they always responded to my inputs promptly and in a friendly and helpful way. Overall, a very positive experience.

My conveyancing team were professional, prompt and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was always easy to get in touch with them and they responded to almost all of my queries the same day. The efficiency of their work made me feel reassured that despite the issues I faced during my house purchase, the conveyancing was in very good hands!

James Williams in particular was brilliant in all aspects of my case. He was clearly very experienced and always knew what he was doing or what advice to give. It was easy to get in touch with him and his team, and was efficient in ensuring everything I required was taken care of. He also always made me feel like he was “on my side”, which was reassuring when I had to navigate difficult or awkward issues.
