Very helpful, thank you

I called Poole Alcock just to enquire about how to initially speak to a solicitor on a specific divorce related matter, which was causing me huge stress. After providing a few details I was put straight through to Rachael Day, who even had the courtesy to immediately call me back, as there was an audio issue at the start of our conversation. During that conversation, Rachael provided me with more useful information than I had been given some months previously by another practice, for which I had been required to spend several hours completing forms and was charged £300, and who were expecting me to complete the same forms again and pay another £300 just to ask the one urgent question I had at this time. Rachael listened, understood and certainly helped to put my mind at rest on the particular question I had, as well as helping me to understand the overall process. I am so pleased that I decided to call Poole Alcock.

James Williams & his team at Poole Alcock has been responsible for the last three Property Sales/Purchases that I have made. On each occasion James has been extremely helpful, polite, Professional & knowledgeable and has made what could have been a very stressful experience, alot easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend James & his team to anybody who is considering a property sale or purchase in the future.
Thank you James, Sophie & Lauren.

James and his team, dealt with the sale of my property in a most professional manner. Calls and emails were always answered very promptly and with clarity. The enquiries from buyer’s solicitor was responded too promptly after conferring with me. I have used Poole Alcock on many occasions and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend.
